Avocado with Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil

Ingredients:

2 ripe Hass avocados

Balsamic vinegar

Extra virgin olive oil

finely ground sea salt

Freshly ground black pepper


Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Fill the cavity 2/3 full balsamic vinegar and a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil; sprinkle with sea salt and pepper to taste.
