Easy Cream Puffs

Store bought cream puffs

Combine a 13 oz package of Creme Supreme Mix with 1 quart of water and whip for 3 minutes. Use a 6 oz of heavy cream for a richer taste and texture. Split and fill them with the pastry cream, or use a pastry bag to pipe the pudding into the shells.

For Chocolate Sauce combine 1 cup cream 1 cup dark chocolate. Pour together into a small bowl. Place for 15 seconds in the microwave oven at 50% power. Stir and put back into the microwave for 10 second intervals until melted. Stir and serve immediately with cream puffs or other desserts.
