Puffed Millet No Bake Bars

Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter (or any nut or seed butter)
1/2 cup honey
3 cups OliveNation Puffed Millet
Method
Line an 8” x 8” square pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on all sides.
Place the peanut butter and honey in a large bowl and microwave for about a minute, or till the peanut butter is melted. Stir till smooth. Add the puffed millet and mix-ins and stir till well combined. Pour into your prepared pan and use an angled spatula to press evenly. Cover and refrigerate till firm. Use the parchment paper to transfer to a cutting board and cut into squares or bars. Keep stored, covered, in the fridge.
